Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
2lb bulk pork sausage2 cups milk1/2 cup flour
Directions
Brown sausage and drain. Mix flour with small amount of milk to mix well, then add rest of milk. Add milk/flour to sausage and simmer until thickens. Serve over biscuits.

    I make this recipe too from scratch and I add black pepper to it. I donot drain grease because it gives flavor to gravy. I also make the biscuits from scratch. It is great. - 2/10/09

    I save the grease and take the flour and mix it into the grease until the flour is a little brown I then add the milk and stir the gravey untit it bubbles. nonnie36 - 6/2/08
