Seafood Salad

Ingredients
1+1/4 cup or 1 smaller size package of imitation crab meat or imitation lobster meat, chopped up fine.1+1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise. 1 Tbsp green pickle relish.dash fresh ground pepper.
Directions
1) Chop up the imitation crab or lobster. Place in a bowl.
2) Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well.

Top your favourite bread or buns with this.

Serving Size: Tops 2 buns, both sides.
