Bodybuilding Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Kraft Minute Tapioca1/3 Cup Splenda2 3/4 Cup Fat-Free Milk2 egg whites1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes (or until mixture comes to a full boil), stirring every 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Will thicken while cooling.
