High Protein Pizza dough

Ingredients
175 grms Ashirwad Multigrain aata100 grms soy flour30 grms Wheat gluten2 tbsp Flax seed meal1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup 2% Milk1/2 cup Water1 tsp active yeast1 tsp honey3 tbsp All whites egg whites1 tbsp Oil
Directions
Mix milk and water and warm in microwave. Add honey and yeast and leave it for 5 min. Mix aata, soy flour, wheat gluten, flax seed meal and salt. Add wet to dry ingredients, add egg whites and top with oil knead well. Cover and leave for 1 hour in warm place and leave it to raise. After 1 hour take it out and punch down and make 4 equal portions.
