Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 18 oz (remove)*Turkey, Thigh, Ground, 24 oz (remove)*Extra Lean Ground Pork, 62 oz (remove)*Dried Onion Flakes, 6 tbsp (remove)Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp (remove)*Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 10 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, form into large palm-sized balls. Bake at 350 for 60 min. or until 160*F is reached.
