Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
Spray tray with cooking spray.
Toss the chicken in the flour.
Shake away excess.
Coat chicken in the egg, then in the crumbed cornflakes.
Cover and put in fridge for 15 mins.
Place the chicken on tray and cook in oven for 15 mins or until cooked through.
