Easy Hummus

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can of garbanzo beans, drained, reserve liquid 4 Tablespoons lemon juice3 Tablespoons tahini2-3 Cloves garlic1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Use the reserved liquid from the beans to adjust to the consistency desired. Makes about 10 servings. I like eating it with pita bread or corn chips. I also use in sandwiches in place of mayo.
