2 cups Green Cabbage, Chopped2 cups Red Cabbage, Chopped1/2 cup Shredded Carrots1 cup Raisins1/2 Golden Raisins4 T Cilantro, chopped1 Med. Granny Smith Apple, chopped3/4 Med Gala or Cameo Apple, choppedDressing:4 oz Fat Free (skim) Milk1/2 cup Hellman s Mayonnaise1/2 cup Light Hellman s Mayonnaise1/2 cup (or less) sugar1/4 cup 5% Acidity Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet dressing ingredients. Mix together. Chill and serve.
