Tasty Imitation Crab Salad

Ingredients
340 g (12 oz. package) imitation crab meat - flake style1 cup thinly sliced celery1/2 cup reduced fat mayo3 T minced onions18 extra large olives, sliced3 T lemon juicesalt free lemon pepper seasoningsalt free all-purpose seasoning
Directions
Put the crab meat into a bowl and pull it apart either with a fork or your fingers so that it is in small strips or pieces. Put the thinly sliced celery into the bowl and mix with the crab meat. Add in the mayo, onions, olives, and lemon juice and mix well. Season to taste using some salt free lemon pepper and salt free all-purpose seasoning.

Put in the fridge to chill for about an hour. Serve alone, in a wrap or with crackers.

Makes about 6 1/2-cup servings.
