Tex Mex Salad

6 inner leaves of romaine lettuce1 cup of black beans1 cup of fresh corn15 black olives sliced1 avocado sliced1.5 cups of shredded Mexican cheese mix2 cups of reduced fat sour cream1 tbsp of tumeric1.5 tbsp of chili powder1 clove of garlic minced1/4 cup of salsa1 slice of red onion diceddash of salt
Dressing: Take one 16 oz tub of reduced fat sour cream and spoon into a large bowl. Add 1 tbsp of tumeric, 1.5 tbsp of chili powder, 1 clove of garlic minced, 1/4 cup of salsa and a dash of salt. Mix well and refrigerate while you prep the salad.
In a dish put down 4 cups of lettuce, the black beans, the corn, the sliced avocado, 1 cup of cheese, 10 sliced black olives and all of the dressing. Top off with the remaining two leaves of romaine, the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese, sliced onion and 5 sliced black olives.
