Yummy Curried Sausages

Ingredients
270 grams raw potato1 large carrot1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 tsp curry powder1 tbsp tomato paste1 tbsp brown sugar1 cup water1 cup canned corn1 cup canned peas2 tbsp jam6 reduced fat sausages
Directions
Cook sausages and drain fat from pan. Slice and set aside. Saute carrot, onion, and potato (if raw). Add curry posder, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water and stir. Return sausages to pan and add corn and peas. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in jam and serve with over rice if desired.
