Ingredients
2 small eggs, beaten1 extra small banana, mashed1 T chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix banana and egg together. BATTER WILL BE THIN! Pour 1/2 onto preheated, sprayed griddle, sprinkle with 1/2 the nuts and cook until browned; flip over to brown on other side. Remove to plate. Repeat with remainder of ingredients.

    This was easy. I omitted the nuts since I was serving with Tempeh Bacon. Used 2 med egg whites and added 1/2 tbs coconut flour and a dash of cinnamon.
