Orange Juice, 1 cup or more as neededApples, fresh, 3 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb (remove)*Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushedCoconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded Granulated Sugar, .25 cup as needed
Pour the orange juice into a medium bowl, Peel and core the apples, and then grate them into the orange juice using the large-hole side of the grater. I used the food processor. Add the pineapple, coconut and sugar if needed. Mix well, adding more orange juice if the mixture is not juice enough. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. The apples will continue to absorb the juice and orange juice can be added as needed to keep it as juicy as you like.
