Dhal and millet patties

50g uncooked mung dhal90g potato 25g uncooked millet15g gram (chickpea) flour40g onion3 cloves garlic1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp chilli flakes1/2 tsp fennel seeds1/2 tsp ground coriander1 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp dried coriander leaves
Boil dhal, potato and millet until cooked.
Dry fry first lot of spices and crush in pestle and mortar.
Spray 1 cal oil and fry onion and garlic, add spices and parsley and coriander leaves.
Combine all ingredients together and allow to cool. Shape into patties and bake at 180 degree C for about 20-30 minutes.
