Ingredients
100g Porridge oats25g powdered skimmed milk1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)3 scoops High5 chocolate protein powder3 tablespoons Honey3 Tablespoons Crunchy peanut butter50g Almonds2 Medium ripe bananas1 Egg white
Directions
mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients thoroughly. Combine the two mixtures and again mix very thoroughly. grease your tin or use baking paper, and cook in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180c (gas mark 4 approx)
