PB2 Chocolate Cottage Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese1-2 tsp. PB2 Peanut Butter1 tsp. cocoa powder1 tsp. vanilla extract1-2 packet Splenda
Directions
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well combined.
2. If you prefer it warm, pop it in the microwave for a few seconds. If not, dig in!

    Yum. This fits into my diet perfectly! You can skip the cocoa by using chocolate pb 2 and I like to use Friendship Whipped 1% fat cottage cheese, or just put the original ingredients in the blender. It gives it the ricotta cheese consistency like canolli filling! - 9/2/13
