Mrs Dirt Bob Chicken Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
8oz great value Thin Spaghetti noodles2 Chicken Breast no skin, aprox. 12 ounces 2 Tbs Basil2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 cup*Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth(33%less sodium fat free) 2 cups Birds Eye Vegetable Stir-Fry, Frozen (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap OR more :)3 tsp Garlic chopped packed in water1 cup raw carrot chopped3 Tbs Parmesan Cheese**** top each of the 6 servings with 1/2 Tbs
Directions
Boil water for pasta per package directions

Heat 1 T olive oil add garlic and cut up chicken, cook until done, remove and set aside.

add 1 T olive oil to pan and saute fresh carrots, about 5 minutes, add chicken broth and basil and cook for about 10 min

add frozen vegetables and cook until they are warm, add pasta and chicken back to pan

Serve with 1/2 Tbs of grated Parmesan sprinkled on top.

Serving Size: Divide into 6 equal portions
