Ingredients
Canola Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, 3 cloveBeef, round steak, 250 gramsSoy Sauce, 2 tbspPotato or corn flour, 50 gramsRice Noodles, 100 grams green onion (spring onion), 1 cup
Directions
1. Marinate Beef in half the oil, corn flour, garlic, light and dark soy sauce.
2. Stirfry beef in half the oil
3. Add chopped BokChoy/Choy Sum or other veggie
4. Add Rice Noodles and reduce heat. Stir
