Pirogi dough

Ingredients
4 cups flour1 dash salt1 egg yolk plus enough water to make 1 cup. *adjust water as needed.
Directions
1) Mix the flour and salt.
2) Add the liquid ingredients slowly. Adjust the water as needed, to create a stiff dough that is easy to roll.
3) Cover the dough with plastic wrap, and let rest for at least 1/2 hour, or until you are ready to use it.

Serving Size: makes enough dough for about 36 pirogis
