Peanut butter banana ice cream sandwich hors d'oeuvres

Ingredients
6 bananas (1 very ripe preferably)2 T creamy peanut butter1/4 cup honey greek yogurt
Directions
Take the ripest banana and mash throughoghly with fork

add 2 T natural creamy peanut butter and a spoonful of honey greek yogurt

Cut remaining bananas into slices about 1/4" thick

spread a dollop of the PB mixture onto half of the banana slices, then top each one with it's pair to make sandwhiches.

Stick a toothpick in each, if preferred

Set of wax paper and place into freezer for two hours

Serve at next bbq as a cool snack :)
