Ingredients
silken tofu, lemon juice, evoo, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovy paste, parmesan, romaine hearts, chicken breast
Directions
put all ingredients except chicken and romaine in a blender and blend until smooth. Roast chicken in oven. Serve romaine with dressing with chicken on top
