Low Fat, Low Cal Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1.25 cups of better'n eggs egg substitute1 cup fat free 1/2/and 1/25oz reg full fat cheese (cheddar, monteray jack, swiss, whatever you like)5oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese16 oz bag of chipped frozen spinach4 slices veggie ham or any meat of your choice1 cup chopped broccolisalt, pepper, basil, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
Directions
drain spinach well and saute in a pan to evaporate all the liquid, add a little salt to season.
Add eggs and 1/2 &1/2 and cheese along with spices and mix well
spray a 9x 13 " pan well with pam and layer in bottom, spinach and chopped broccoli
then add the eggs and cheese mixture and spread around pan, also add on top the ham, pressing it into the egg mixture but still keeping it on top
Then bake for 35 minutes at 375, quiche is done when knife in center comes out clean.
