Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup Salsa, .5 cup Beans, black, 2 cup V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 8 oz *McCormick Original Taco Seasoning MIx Serving size 2 tsp dry mix, 1 serving **McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp *Chili Powder, 4 tsp Tabasco sauce 1 TBS or to taste
Directions
in Large pot spray Pam cooking spray on bottom of pot. Add ground tukey. stir and cook it till no pink shows. Add one chopped medium onion. Stir and cook till almost translucent. Add peppers. Stir and let cook 5 minutes. Add half cup water and stir. Add half a packet or 4 teaspoons of Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing Powder Mix. Drain and rinse black beans and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. When mixture starts to bubble, lower heat to medium low and cook for 40 minutes. Stire occasionally to be sure it does not stick.
