Grilled Garlic Scallops

Ingredients
Scallops 12 ozSmart Balance Light 6TRed pepper 1 smallMushrooms whole, 2cupsOnion 1 smallAsparagus 30 small stalksGarlic 3 clovesNutmeg .25tspSalt .25tspParsley 1T
Directions
Saute garlic and spices in butter until tender. Cut veggies. Combine veggies and scallops in a bowl. Pour butter sauce over to coat. Put in a grill basket. Grill for 8-10 minutes or until done. Makes 3 servings - about 7 scallops each.
