4 eggs, beaten2 tbls cream1 Tbls oil1 can of turkey chili1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Beat eggs, add cream and beat well. Heat a heavy, oven safe, skillet. Ad oil to coat the skillet. Add egg mixture and cook over low heat until the eggs start to set. Spoon the chili over the eggs and sprinkle the cheese on top. Cook in a moderate oven, 350* for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbley. Serve hot with salsa on the side.
