Gary's Lower Sodium Rye Sandwich Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups hot tap water1 egg (beaten)1/3 cup softened unsalted butter2Tbsp Vegetable Oil3 cups Bread flour1 cup Rye flour1 Tbsp Caraway Seeds2 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten 1/3 cup sugar or Honey1/2 tsp salt2 tsp yeast
Directions
Use a Bread Machine on Dough setting.

When complete, dust counter with flour, and place dough on counter. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then roll out to approximately 1/2 inch think.

Use a glass to cut out rounds and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes to an hour.

Bake at 350 degrees until golden.
