Walnut and Raisins Homemade Scones

*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 100 grams Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, 150 grams Milk, 2%, 235 grams Sour Cream, reduced fat, 120 grams *Wallnuts, 125 gram(s) Raisins, 100 grams
Mix the baking powder into the flour than mix the flour and butter or margarine with a cookie dough cutter until you reach the texture of crumbs. You can also use a food processor. Add sugar and start mixing it in with a fork, then the raisins and the walnuts.
Add the milk and sour cream and mix only until just combined. Don't over-mix. Turn the dough unto a floured surface and gently spread it out with your fingers until it's approximately half and inch thick. Cut the dough into pieces with a knife and place in baking pan.
Cook for about 15-20 min at medium low heat.
Serving Size: makes 20 3-4 inches in diameter pieces
