1 can Chickpeas drained (save water)Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup 1/2 small Onions, rawGarlic, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp*Sriracha hot sauce chili sauce, 1/2 tsp 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, skim milk,
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Garbanzo can liquid to assist in blending.
