Ingredients
each roll is one lasagna noodle and a serving is 2 rolls--this recipe was doubled from original recipe,
Directions
1. cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain. meanwhile, in large bowl, combine the eggs, cheeses, spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg. spread 1/3 cup cheese mixture over each noodle and roll up.
2. pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce into ungreased 13x9in baking dish. place roll-ups seam down over sauce top with remaining sauce. bake uncovered at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until heated.
