Cheeseburger casserole

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 tsp salt1 onion diced1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup sour cream4 cup mashed potatoes, I use dehydrated or left overs.
Directions
In a large skillet:
Brown ground beef. Sautee onion with browned beef. Add salt, soup and sour cream.
Remove from the stove and add the mashed potatoes.
Heat oven to 350*. Top with the cheese and bake for 15 min or until the cheese is melted and bubbley.
