soy milk mashed potatoes

Ingredients
8 potatoes, raw3/4 cup Silk Light vanilla soy milk3 Tablespoons salted butter
Directions
Peel raw potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes. Warm soy milk while boiling potatoes. Drain potatoes and put back in warm pan. Add butter. Slowly add soy milk while mashing potatoes.
