Ingredients
2 cups dry Lentils1 medium Onion (diced)4 cloves Garlic (chopped)1 (7 oz) can Fire Roasted Chiles (Ortega)1 (14 oz) can Diced Tomatoes - No Salt Added3 cups Kale (chopped)1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp ground Ginger1 tbsp ground Cumin3 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth (Fat Free)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a 6 quart slow cooker
cook on low for about 6 hours
