apple blackberry pie

Refrigerated pie crust3 apples, peeled and thinly slicedHalf package frozen blackberries1/4 c packed light brown sugar4.5 tbsp corn starch1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon
Peel and core apples, slice thinly.
Whisk dry ingredients together until uniform.
Mix blackberries and apples together by tossing in large bowl. Sprinkle dry ingredients over while tossing to coat.
Put into pie shell, adding pie top
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then 350 for another 50 minutes.
Keep crust edge covered until 10 minutes before done.
Serving Size: makes 1 pie
