Lentil Patties

Ingredients
2 cups cooked lentils (drained)2 cups mashed potatoes3 tbsp. chopped onion2 tbsp. margarine or oil (optional)1/4 tsp. Vegex or Savorex (optional)1/2 tsp. sage
Directions
Simmer onions in water or oil. Mix all ingredients and mold into small patties. Brown lightly in oven.
