Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 3 oz - cut up or substitute beef or chicken or other meat Olive oil,1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 fl oz
Directions
Easy directions:

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large saute pan
Add onions and cook til translucent
Add cut meat - cook thoroughly
Add oil 1 teaspoon, followed my water
when oil is used up 1 teaspoon at a time
Add cabbage and mushrooms, finish off

Serve immediately. Yum.
