Ingredients
1/2 C Self-rising flour6 oz fat-free Greek yogurt3 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce1/2 c 2% Colby-Jack shredded cheeseRed onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix flour and yogurt together and press into pan. Bake crust for five minutes before toppings. Spread BBQ sauce and half the cheese on the sauce. Place chicken and red onion on the first layer. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes
