Linda's Chunky Chicken Wonton soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 24 ounces Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, low sodium, 32 ozOlive Oil 1 TbspChopped Garlic 1/3-cupCelery, raw, 2 cup, diced Baby Carrots (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots), 8 oz Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams Onions, raw, 284 grams Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Annie Chuns mini wontons Chicken and Cilantro 4 pcs, 6 serving Fines Herbes 1-2 tsp
Directions
I grilled the chicken on a George Foreman
chop the veggies and place in 5 1/2 qt pot with olive oil and garlic
season with fines herbes and stir fry until coated
add the chicken broth, water and chicken
let simmer for 30-45 minutes until veggies are tender
Add bag of Annie Chun's Mini Wontons and cook an additional 1-2 minutes
