1 gallon (4 qts.) water1 medium onion, chopped or diced2 large stalks of raw celery, chopped3 large, raw carrots, chopped1 cup raw broccoli, chopped9 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped or diced1 1/2 cups chopped, lean ham (opt.)1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn1 15 oz. can green peas1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce1 capful Kitchen Bouquet2 beef bouillion cubes1 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper
Put the water in a large soup kettle on medium high, then add the other ingredients in order listed. When liquid begins to boil, turn it down to simmer ingredients until raw veggies are tender and flavors have had time to meld.
