Black Bean Salad with Tomatoes and Avocado

Ingredients
1 can black beans (15 oz, drained) or 1 3/4 c cooked1 pint cherry tomatoes1 avocado, diced2 cups cauliflower, chopped1/2 small onion, dicedjuice of one lime1 T olive oil2 t honey
Directions
1. Mix beans, tomatoes, avocado, cauliflower, and onion.
2. In a small bowl, wisk lime juice, oil, and honey (warm if needed to get honey to mix better)
3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir to mix.
