Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, I use 1 can original and 1 can mildCilantro, handful or as much or little as you like2 green onion, chopped2 Tbsp. lemon juiceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl (or food processor or blender) use an immersion blender (or other methods) to make the salsa smooth. Refrigerate for one hour to blend flavors.

Serving Size: Makes 1 quart salsa
