Ingredients
2 Cups Kirkland Real Egg Whites (1 small carton+1/4 cup)1 Package Low Sodium Kirkland BaconSpinachHalf of large Onion2 tbs Minced GarlicPepper to taste
Directions
Cook bacon, spinach, onion, and minced garlic until done. Cool off bacon and add to egg whites.
Bake on 400 for 12 minutes.
