1 TBSP EV olive oilBirds Eye Ultimate Stir Fry Mix (14 oz bag)Jasmine Boil in the bag white rice (1 bag)Sauce:3 TBSP Apricot preserves2 TBSP soy sauce2 TBSP water1 tsp toasted sesame seeds1 tsp fresh ginger root or 1/2 tsp dry ginger
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
Add stir Fry vegetable & cover. Cook for 10 min
Meanwhile add bag of rice to boiling water. Cook 8-10 min or as stated.
Mix sauce ingredients together & pour over vegetables. Add rice & mix together. Serves 3
