CREAMY CABBAGE SOUP (PURPLE)

Ingredients
Cabbage, red, fresh, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove)*Bullion - Beef w/garlic & onion - Wyler's x 1 Cube, .5 serving (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
BOIL WATER W/ BULLION CUBE, ADD CAGGABE, ONION, AND JALAPENO. BRING TO A BOIL THEN LET IT SIMMER COVERED FOR 10 MINUTES. LET IT COOL. ONCE COOLED ADD TO BLENDER, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ADD ALL OF THE WATER, UNLESS YOU WANT IT VERY THIN. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. REHEAT, ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
