GF Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
1T Olive Oil1C Onion, diced2lbs Ground Beef, lean1T Mc Cormick Beef Seasoning2T Beef soup base1.5C Portabella Mushrooms, chopped.5C Corn1.5 Peas3C Beef stock2T Cornstarch4C Brown rice, cooked
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until transparent, add ground beef and beef seasoning. Cook until done. Drain, but do not rinse off seasoning. Return to stove, add soup base and mushrooms, stir until incorporated about 3 minutes. Add corn, peas, and stock(reserve 1/2C for cornstarch) and cook until soft boil. Add cornstarch to reserved stock to make a slurry, and pour into beef mixture. Stir until slightly thickened, add rice, and cook another 3 minutes.
