smashed cauliflower

One head cauliflower3 T. reduced fat parmesan cheese.5 t. salt.25 t. nutmeg.25 t. pepper1 t. butter buds
Directions
boil water, add cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is very soft. Drain. Place in food processor. Add other ingredients and process until smooth.
