Ingredients
White Rice, short grain, cooked, 2 cupBeans, black, 411 grams(14.5 oz) drained & rinsedCider Vinegar, 1 tbspChicken Broth, 0.5 cup (4 fl oz)Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz (one can)
Directions
Cook rice per directions
Bring to a boil in meduim saucepan tomatoes, broth, vinegar and beans.
Add rice and heat through
Serve
