Kelley's Cole Slaw

Ingredients

1/2 small head of green cabbage1/4 small head of red cabbage1/2 medium-sized red onion1 cup carrots3-4 stalks celery4 large radishes8 tbsp (roughly 1 cup) Low Fat Mayo4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar2 tsp. white sugar1 tbsp. ground black pepper1 tsp. salt
Cut up then add to a food processor all the vegetables.
Combine in a large bowl the rest of the ingredients.
Add the vegetables the sauce and toss until completely coated. The flavors will combine well if allowed to sit in refrigerator for at least an hour, but tastes great eaten right away, too.
