Whole fruit smoothies

Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries, halved1 1/2 medium bananas, frozen and cut into chunks1 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar vanilla yogurt2 cups skim milk2 T Splenda, or equiv. zero cal. sweetener
Directions
Layer ingredients in blender in the order listed.

Process using Ice crush or liquefy setting for 2 - 3 minutes.

For thinner smoothie, add water. For thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes.

Serving Size: makes 5 small servings, or 2-3 larger ones
