Multi-Grain Pancakes Based on a Theme by Paganini

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:1 c whole wheat flour3/4 c all-purpose flour1/3 c. cornmeal1/4 c old-fashioned rolled oats4 T granulated sugar2 t baking powder1 t salt1/2 t baking soda1/2 t ground cinnamonWet ingredients:1 3/4 c 2% milk1/4 c. melted butter1/4 c honey3 eggs, slightly whisked
Directions
Blend by whisking all the dry ingredients
Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
Cook as you would any pancakes on a preheated griddle (preferably a seasoned cast iron pan)
