4 large Chicken breasts (approx 8 oz each)2 packages melba toast (10 slices any flavor)1 package PWLC Cream of Chicken Soup MixGarlic powder, onion powder and dried minced onion to taste
Grind melba toast, soup mix and spices to fine to medium fine crumbs. Place in shallow dish or plastic bag and coat each piece. You may have crumbs left over.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins depending on thickness of chicken or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 165. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
